In
2004 a group of 7 friends decided to purchase and remodel the
Somerset Hotel / General Store building. June of 2005 the restaurant
opened. Today it's called General Sam's Sports Bar and Grill.
Named after the original owner and founder of Somerset. It has
a full restaurant, 28 TV's, and is a big supporter of Somerset
sports and the community as a whole.
